Bia is a classic style restaurant that fuses the mouth-watering taste of quality local produce, West cork meats and local seafood. All dishes are inspired by the exceptional French flair of our Head Chef Gilles Eynaud.

Good cooking starts with good produce and when you have the richness of the West Cork larder to choose from there’s an opportunity to really excel. We work with suppliers who are passionate about their Irish produce, which gives our menu a unique strength and depth. What you see on a plate in Bia is an expression of many artisans, local landscapes and the talent of hardworking local fishermen.

When it comes to service, our front-of-house team create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy, while savouring your food and wine to the fullest.

The exciting specialties include Braised Short of Rib, Salmon Confit, Ribeye Steak and Bantry Bay Scallops with Clonakilty Black Pudding. Vegetarian dishes and Daily Specials are available, while Set Menus can be created for Groups of 12 or more.

Our carefully chosen wines have been selected not only for their great taste, but to also compliment your meal. Our staff will be delighted to give you a recommendation from our wine list, which offers something for all tastes and budgets.

Our Craft Beer selection has been compiled to feature the best of locally produced beers all stemming from the Munster region such as Mountain Man Brewing Company, Clonakilty Brewing Company and West Cork Brewing Company.
